We are bridging the gap between enterprise AI capabilities and local hardware. LAI creates an ecosystem of smart applications that run on-premise: secure, affordable, and independent of the cloud.

01. Our Mission

We are developing LAI to solve the single biggest barrier to practical AI adoption: The Cloud Trap. Current solutions force businesses to rely on expensive external infrastructure, leading to unscalable costs and data privacy risks. Our Solution: We bring affordability and security by ensuring execution happens at the edge. With LAI, data never leaves your infrastructure.

02. Current Traction (v0.6.0)

We have moved beyond the concept phase. The release of Version 0.6.0 marks a pivotal milestone in our technical validation.

What is live today:

Core Engine: A fully functional, optimized AI runtime environment.
Developer Ecosystem: Features a friendly web frontend for end-users and an open Local API for third-party application integration.
Stability: Validated performance on Linux and Windows architectures. (MacOS support in active development).

03. The Roadmap

Our development velocity is high. We are executing on a 12-month accelerated timeline:

Phase 1: Validation (Current)

Public Beta launch (v0.6.0) & Inference stress-testing.
Establishing telemetry and user feedback loops.
Expanding OS support (MacOS) and core solution functionalities.

Phase 2: Ecosystem & Parity (Q2 - Q3 2026)

Implementation of the Application Store marketplace.
Launch of initial Premium Service offerings (Core runtime remains free).

Phase 3: Scale & Monetization (Late 2026)

Rollout of Pro Tiers and Enterprise management tools.
Developer Partner Event.
Goal: Operational Profitability by December 2026.

04. Business Model

We have a clear path to profitability driven by zero-marginal-cost infrastructure (since the compute runs on the client's hardware). Our target is to become profitable by December 2026.

Freemium Acquisition: Low-friction entry point to drive user growth and data network effects.
Subscription Tier: Unlocks Advanced Feature/Higher Limits for power users, while keeping basic service free and unlimited
Enterprise/B2B: gradually availability of corporate supporting tools and third-party applications (free and paid).

05. Investment Inquiries

LAI is currently capitalized for the beta phase. We are opening preliminary discussions with strategic angels and early-stage funds for our upcoming Seed Round.

This capital will be deployed to accelerate feature velocity and developer ecosystem growth, ensuring we hit our target of profitability by December 2026.
